The owner of the www.ladu6.ee, www.ladu6.com, www.varasto6.eu, www.ladu6.eu, www.lager6.eu, www.lager6.com, www.warehouse6.eu web store (hereinafter “Web Store”) is DBG Timber & Stone OÜ (registry code: 10553800) located in Vana Tartu mnt 18, 75304 Järveküla 8Rae vald), Estonia.
Term of sales contract and information about goods and prices
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchasing goods at the Web Store.
The prices of the goods sold in the Web Store are specified next to the goods. A fee for delivering the goods shall be added to the price.
The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer upon placing the order.
The information about the goods is specified in the Web Store right next to the goods.
Placing an order
To place an order, the desired goods should be added to the shopping basket. To finalise the order, the required fields should be filled in and a suitable delivery method should be chosen. Next, the amount to be paid will be shown on the screen. Payment may be made by clicking on the bank link or using another method of payment.
The contract shall come into force after the amount due has been credited to the bank account of the Web Store.
If the goods ordered cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer shall be advised accordingly as soon as possible and the amount paid (including the delivery costs) shall be refunded promptly but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notification.
Delivery
The goods may be sent to the following countries: All EU member states.
The shipping costs shall be covered by the buyer and the relevant price details will be shown next to the shipping method.
Parcels will normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 3 to 7 working days of entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within a time frame of up to 45 calendar days.
Calculation of transport costs
All prices mentioned include 20% VAT.

Doors & Garden tables
Estonian mainland, €36,- per shipment, regardless of how many doors and/or tables are ordered.
Estonian islands, €60,- per shipment, regardless of how many doors and/or tables are ordered.
Finland south, €108,- per item.
Finland north (Oulun lääni, Lapin lääni, Ahvenanmaan lääni), , €216,- per item.
Maintenance and cleaning
€6,- per item.
An order that does not exceed 20 kilos will be sent by parcel machine.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the Web Store within 14 days [depending on the goods, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw; the relevant goods and services should in that case be listed and should meet the requirements set out in subsection 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act].
The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
The right to withdraw within 14 days can be exercised if the goods ordered have not been used except in a manner necessary to examine their nature, properties and functioning the way one would normally be allowed to do in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than to examine their nature, properties and functioning, or if they show any signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount to reflect the diminution in value.
To return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods should emailed at ladu@ladu6.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the buyer unless the reason for return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (a wrong or faulty item).
The buyer shall return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or shall produce proof that the goods have been handed to the carrier within the said time frame.
Having received the goods that are being returned, the Web Store shall promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the application for withdrawal, refund to the buyer any amounts received from the buyer under the contract.
The Web Store may refuse to provide a refund until it receives back the item that is the object of the contract or until the buyer produces proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the cheapest normal method of delivery offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not obliged to refund to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost of normal delivery.
The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and request that the buyer return the goods if the price of the goods in the Web Store was erroneously shown to be considerably lower than the market price of the goods.
Right to make a claim
The Web Store shall be liable for non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for any defects that are there at the time of transfer and that become apparent within two years of transferring the goods to the buyer. It is presumed that the defect was there already at the time of transfer if it becomes apparent within the first six months of transfer of the thing to the buyer. The onus of rebutting such a presumption shall lie with the Web Store.

The Web Store shall not be liable for defects which occur after the goods have been transferred to the buyer.
If the goods bought at the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is liable, the Web Store shall fix or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be fixed or replaced, the Web Store shall reimburse the buyer for any costs incurred under the sales contract.
The Web Store shall respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Web Store shall use the personal data entered by the buyer (including the buyer’s name, telephone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. In order to deliver the goods, the Web Store shall submit the personal data to the company providing transportation services.
The Web Store shall send the buyer newsletters and offers to the latter’s email address only if the buyer has expressed such a wish by entering their email address on the website and has consented to receive marketing communications.
The buyer can always choose not to receive offers and newsletters by email by informing us electronically or by following the instructions contained in emails with marketing offers.
Resolution of disputes
If the buyer has any complaints to make about the Web Store, the buyer should notify us by sending an email at ladu@ladu6.ee or calling on: +372 5092402.
If the buyer and the Web Store fail to settle a dispute by reaching an agreement, the buyer has the right to seek assistance from the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract entered into between the buyer and the Web Store. The buyer’s complaints shall be considered by the committee free of charge.
The buyer may use the EU’s Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
